Tanya L. Brown is a senior discovery attorney with the firm’s E-Discovery Services & Strategy practice. She counsels clients on the preservation, collection, review, and production of electronically stored information, TAR, AI, privacy, and preparation of privilege logs, and oversees and manages document reviews as well as other discovery-elated tasks. Tanya has experience managing e-discovery projects for a variety of matters, including pharmaceutical litigation, antitrust, breach of contract, defamation and false light, consumer fraud, commercial litigation, Department of Justice subpoena requests, employment, class action, intellectual property, medical malpractice, personal injury, pharmaceutical litigation, product liability, internal investigations, SEC investigations, and securities litigation. Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Tanya practiced in the areas of criminal, family, and civil litigation, and she has served as Team Lead and Project Manager on numerous complex litigation matters. Prior to joining Relativity, Brittany worked for organizations such as the FBI, Navigant Consulting, FINRA, and Lighthouse eDiscovery.
